Our 60-day promise

We want you to love Sylvan Co. If you use it morning and night for a full 60 days and your routine doesn’t feel easier and more comfortable, email us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund every penny. There’s no jar to post back.

How to request a refund

Email support@sylvan.co with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
