Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched by our botanical maker within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times

Please allow 8–12 days for tracked delivery once your order has shipped. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

• Free UK delivery on orders of 2 or more jars.
• A small, flat delivery charge applies to single-jar orders, shown at checkout.

Delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer due to courier or customs delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@sylvan.co and we will help track it down.
