Try Sylvan properly — one dropper on his food a day, for up to 90 days from the day your order arrives. If you don't notice a shift you're happy with, email us and we refund you in full. Even if the bottle is empty.
The whole policy in three lines
- Window: up to 90 days from your order date.
- Condition: none. Empty bottle is fine.
- Refund: full amount to the original payment method within 5 working days of your request.
How to request a refund
- Email care@trysylvanco.com with your order number.
- Tell us briefly how it went — this genuinely helps us improve the formula and the copy.
- We'll confirm within one working day and process the refund. You don't need to send the bottle back.
Damaged or wrong item on arrival
Email care@trysylvanco.com within 14 days with a photo. We'll either resend at our cost or refund in full — your call.
Subscription cancellations
Cancel any time from your customer account, or email us. No lock-in, no penalty. If you were charged for a bottle you no longer want, we can refund the last renewal too.
Why we offer 90 days
Because a gut cleanse isn't a paracetamol — it's a routine. Real change takes weeks, not days. If we asked you to gamble £34.99 on that, we'd never get past the checkout page. So the risk is ours, not yours.
