Our 30-day happiness promise

We want you to love your Sylvan brush. If it's your first order and you're not happy with it, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right, even if you've already used it. That's our first-order satisfaction promise.

Standard returns

For repeat orders and multi-packs, we accept returns within 30 days for items that are unused and in their original packaging, or that arrived damaged in the box. For hygiene reasons we can't resell a used brush, so please keep it sealed if you think you may return it.

How to start a return

Email us at care@trysylvanco.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Once your return is received and checked, your refund goes back to your original payment method.
