Welcome to Sylvan Co. These terms apply to your use of trysylvanco.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our product

Sylvan Parasite Cleanse Drops is a herbal food supplement for dogs. It is not a veterinary medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your vet if your dog is on medication or has a chronic condition. Do not use for pregnant/nursing dogs, puppies under 12 weeks, dogs with a history of seizures, or dogs with a tree-nut allergy.

Ordering

  • All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example, if a product is mispriced or out of stock). If we cancel, you're refunded in full.

Refunds and returns

See our Refund & Returns policy. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew at the selected interval. You can pause, skip, or cancel any time from your customer account or by emailing care@trysylvanco.com.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, upload malicious content, or use it to infringe anyone's rights. All content (copy, images, layouts) belongs to Sylvan Co and can't be reproduced without our permission.

Testimonials and reviews

Reviews on our site are from real customers. Individual results vary. We publish reviews as received and don't hide negative ones.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for anything the law says can't be excluded. Beyond that, our liability to you for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
