Shipping — UK only, tracked, free over £30
Sylvan is a UK-focused brand and currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are picked and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays go out the next working day.
Delivery estimates
- Standard tracked delivery — 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Free UK shipping on all orders over £30
- Under £30: £3.99 flat-rate tracked delivery
Tracking
Every order gets a tracked shipping label. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email care@trysylvanco.com and we'll chase the courier for you.
Missing, damaged, or wrong item?
Contact care@trysylvanco.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll either resend at our cost or refund in full — your choice.
Address changes
If you need to change your delivery address, email us within 1 hour of ordering. Once the label has printed we can't change it, but you can re-route through Royal Mail's Redelivery service.
International orders
We don't ship outside the UK yet. If you're a dog owner outside the UK and want Sylvan, drop us a line at care@trysylvanco.com — we'll let you know when we open your region.
